Course Overview

This course provides an introduction to the ISDN service, available ISDN equipment and basics of relevant ISDN service and ISDN equipment protocols. Upon course completion, delegates will be able to identify all key features of ISDN and understand requirements for interoperability between various types of ISDN device. This course also provides a short introduction to Broadband ISDN.

Prerequisites

The course assumes no previous ISDN knowledge, but a basic understanding of communications would be advantageous.
