Course Overview The objective of this course is to provide delegates with the skills and knowledge required to implement and support Windows 2000 Desktop systems. The course covers many of the core configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting tools required to support systems running Windows 2000 Professional, including how to recover a failed system, using and configuring the Microsoft Management Console, managing Offline Folders and evaluating the security settings of a desktop machine.
