Course Overview

Many organisations place great emphasis on empowering its employees in various ways, but often forget that communicating with employees isn't a one-off event - and then wonder why commitment has faded and rumour taken over. This workshop addresses some of the key issues around internal communications and suggests ways of using principle to improve practice.
