Course Overview

Over the past 10 years the practice of marketing has attracted considerable attention from legislators both at home and in the wider EC. It is essential that marketers know clearly just how the Law impacts on their work and environment. This workshop will show clearly how you can keep up-to-date with the changes that affect YOU!

Audience

This workshop is suitable for all marketers needing to improve their understanding of essential law requirements, and changes in legislation.

Skills Gained

Expensive time is too easy to waste and resources are too scarce to commit to projects that breach rules, regulations and laws in some material respect. This workshop will help marketers to become "law-savvy". They will learn what they can and can't do, then plan their work accordingly.

Marketers will be able to carry out their work with considerably more confidence as to its legality as well as developing the ability to speak fluently to internal and external legal advisers. They will know above all else where exactly to go to get the information they need about the Law.
