Course Overview

As the role of the project manager becomes more diversified so too does the range of skills and techniques needed to manage projects successfully. This three day interactive course has been designed to supplement the core project management skills by covering an expanded set of topics, some of which are more complex in nature. If you decide to sit the APMP qualification you will be pleased to know that this programme and ''''Introduction to Effective Project Management'''' cover the current APMP syllabus.

Audience

People working within projects having either the knowledge or practical experience of the fundamental project management processes and who are now seeking a grounding in the use of the more complex concepts of project management. This course is not designed for those completely new to project management who may wish to consider ''''An Introduction to Effective Project Management''''.
