Course Overview The Institute of Leadership & Management Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Team Leading is perfect for the new team leader or supervisor or for people about to take on one of these roles. The programme covers the key skills and techniques that are required at this level to ensure success in the role. It is a highly practical programme which provides a toolkit of techniques to apply upon return to the work-place. Upon successful completion of the 3 day course and its 8 units, participants will be awarded the ILM Level 2 Introductory Certificate in Team Leading.
