Course Overview The course is designed to be both practical and participative. It follows the approach developed by Paul Harmon and every delegate receives a copy of his seminal book "Business Process Change - A Manager's Guide to Improving, Redesigning and Automating Processes" . This course prepares delegates to sit the one-hour, open book, examination leading to the certificate in Business Process Modelling offered by the Information Systems Examinations Board (ISEB).
