Course Overview
This course looks at the advantages of using assessment tools in order to enhance the coaching process and the self-knowledge of the coachee. It explains the psychological grounding behind these instruments and gives participants the opportunity to see and experience some of these tools and discuss how they can be applied.
Audience
Human resources training practitioners, coaches and consultants who have some coaching knowledge and who wish to develop their coaching practice at an individual or organisational level.
Intermediate level course - some previous experience of the subject is assumed.
