Course Overview

All UK quoted companies are now required to produce an Operating and Financial Review in their annual report that must include information about the companys employees. Many public sector bodies are following suit.

But what should your organisation say in the annual report about its employees? What are the key measures on people, their management and performance that your organisation should be using internally? And is human capital management any different from traditional HR management?

Based on extensive research involving some of the top academics, consultants and employers in the field, this course will equip you with the ideas and tools to understand the essentials of human capital measurement and reporting, and to go back to your organisation able to apply them in practice.
