  • individual feedback on psychometric test.

Day 2

Data collection/diagnosis

  • understanding your business STEP analysis
  • using precision questions
  • recurring patterns and how to deal with them
  • using favourite models for diagnosis

Designing the change

  • the elements of effective change
  • integrating with company culture and future business plans
  • communicating your detailed proposals (verbal and written)

Evening

  • optional personal skills development session using NLP.

Day 3

Implementing change

  • influencing through reciprocity
  • 'marketing' change
  • using external consultants
  • working in a consulting team

Reviewing and evaluating

  • identifying the evaluation criteria
  • evaluating to learn
  • continuous development
