Course Overview

Line managers and HR professionals are increasingly being asked to support employees in a number of roles: as advice and information givers, mentors, trainers and, more recently, as counsellors. Indeed, counselling skills underlie and underpin many forms of employee help. This 2-day course builds on the Counselling in the Workplace course and explores further counselling skills and processes.

Audience

Personnel and development professionals and line managers who have already participated in an introductory course on counselling or have existing counselling skills. Advanced level course - for those wishing to develop existing skills/knowledge to a more advanced level.
