Course Overview The performance challenges that now face organisations go beyond individual performance. Effective teamworking is essential to sustain a competitive advantage. In recent years 1:1 coaching has emerged as an effective way of enhancing individual team members' performance. However, the next few years will undoubtedly see an increase in the use of 'team coaching' a process that not only supports and enables the performance potential of a team to be fulfilled but also increases a team's capacity for self-sustaining development. This workshop explores the role that coaching plays in team performance and team development and enables participants to identify and develop the competencies required to be an effective team coach.
