Course Overview

Knowing how to apply the law on grievance, discipline and dismissals is essential for effective management. This 2-day course provides a thorough grounding in the legal issues to be aware of, and provides practical guidance on how to handle difficult situations and conduct disciplinary hearings.

Personnel practitioners responsible for employment law issues within their organisation. No prior knowledge of the law relating to grievance, discipline or dismissals is required.General course level - appropriate for all levels of delegates.
