Course Overview Psychology plays a key role in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and learning. And understanding the underpinning psychological theories and behavioural models can transform the effectiveness of any training delivery and strategy. This course enables participants to experience through exercises, psychometric questionnaires and role-plays the impact of a variety of approaches to bring about individual and team behavioural change. It equips them to evaluate when and how to use such approaches in the design and delivery of their learning events. Audience Practising trainers and line managers who have responsibility for training/facilitating groups.Advanced level course - for those wishing to develop existing skills/knowledge to a more advanced level.
