Evaluation is a critical part of the training process yet often the most neglected. It is becoming more and more important for organisations to measure the return on investment for learning and development. To do this we need to identify appropriate methods of evaluation.

This programme is designed to give you the knowledge and skills required to select, implement and analyse a range of training evaluation methods, to suit different needs and requirements.
