Course Overview

This 1-day course provides a good working knowledge of diversity best practice within the framework of discrimination legislation, and the implications for managing people at work.

Audience

Personnel practitioners or line managers responsible for diversity issues within their organisation. No prior knowledge of discrimination law or diversity best practice is required.Introductory level course - geared towards those who need an introduction to the subject and assumes limited or no previous experience.
