Audience Those responsible for the design and development of learning and development programmes and materials. The course will benefit new course designers who need to develop a structured approach. This course is primarily aimed at individuals who design 'group' training programmes which are normally delivered by a course tutor or trainer. Individuals who are responsible for designing 'hands-on' job instruction programmes, eg IT trainers, should attend Instructional training techniques.
