Course Overview This 4-day course provides you with the foundation and basic skills necessary to install and configure both host and target Distributed Systems Management/Software Configuration Manager (DSM/SCM) systems. You will also learn the basic skills necessary to use the five DSM/SCM user interfaces. Audience - Senior operations

Prerequisites System manager and technical support staff: - System management experience for NonStop K-Series server users
- NonStop S-Series Configuration and Change Management for NonStop S-Series server users
- Experience with the Pathway, NonStop TM/MP, NonStop SQL/MP, and Remote Server Call (RSC) or Winsock productsOperators and database administrators
- Experience with MS DOS and Microsoft Windows operating system
- Familiarity with Pathway, NonStop TM/MP, NonStop SQL/MP, RSC or Winsock, and Install products is recommended
