Course Overview

We often fail to achieve what we want in life. It's not because we don't have the ability, it's because we consistently under-rate ourselves and fail to take advantage of opportunities as they present themselves. Sometimes we need to take time out to see what we could be good at, to see ourselves as others see us and to build our confidence using new techniques. This course provides an environment where delegates analyse their strengths and weaknesses, explore the opportunities to develop their potential and take positive actions to improve their effectiveness.

Audience

Anyone who wishes to take stock and identify ways of building their work and personal effectiveness. It is ideal for those who have no direct supervisory responsibility but who need to influence others and manage themselves.
