Course Overview This course introduces modern techniques for planning, scheduling, reporting, controlling and managing projects. PRINCE2 terminology is used throughout, although no prior knowledge of PRINCE2 is assumed. Particular emphasis is given to the methodology of the project planning process, including creating the Product Breakdown Structure, a key discipline in project management. Risk & Contingency, Team Structures & Responsibilities, Resource Allocation & Scheduling, Budgeting & Cost Control, and Effective Reporting are also examined.
