Course Overview This two day course enables delegates to enhance their interpersonal skills and so improve working relationships. Delegates will develop an insight into how others see them and increase their options when dealing with conflict, low morale, poor motivation or work-related problems. Audience Supervisors, team leaders and newly appointed managers across all functions and industries who are looking to improve their interpersonal skills in order to develop better working relationships. For those with specific needs we also offer specialised courses in 'Dealing with Stress and Conflicting Needs' and 'Handling People and Difficult Situations'.
