Course Overview

Business process modelling and improvement techniques enable change teams to deliver radical change, incorporating 'best practice'. This allows public and commercial sector organisations to achieve significant improvements in the efficiency of their operations and the effectiveness of their product and service delivery. This course will help key business members deal with these challenges. It will equip delegates with the process modelling and improvement skills that are fundamental to the successful re-design of the business. The course also carries the award of 22.5 Professional Development Units (PDU's) for PMI re-certifcation.

Course Outline

This course is a combination of lectures, workshops, exercises and case study work. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of the techniques discussed. Delegates will leave with techniques which can be applied in the workplace.

This training course is presented on behalf of CourseMonster by an ISEB accredited training provider.
