This course provides Confidence-building sessions with individual coaching, based on your interviews on tape and video.

Audience

All who have to carry out interviews, whether face-to-face or on the telephone, and take notes at the same time. Suitable for anyone from beginners to more experienced interviewers wanting to improve their skills.

Not for

Those with more than three years' interviewing experience.
