Course Overview

Managers are increasingly expecting their project staff to manage more complex projects. However, not many organisations have a formalised project and programme methodology to help manage these projects effectively. This course aims to develop the methodical skills necessary to manage more complex projects.

Audience

The course addresses the needs of experienced project staff who want to develop their skills to manage more complex projects. It also gives them the opportunity to assess two existing 'standard' methodologies - PRINCE2 TM and the PMI Body of Knowledge.
