Course Overview The prime enabler for exploiting the business potential from e-business and e-government is via consistent business driven CRM (Customer Relationship Management). Audience Key stakeholder staff who are creating, implementing, monitoring or upgrading their CRM processes. Other essential staff including Service Delivery, Account, Call Centre, Programme and Project Managers, Business and Systems Analysts and CRM Testers and Support Staff. Skills Gained CRM means many different things to different organisations, however in this workshop we build on the standard skills, methods and processes, as developed on course CRM1, Key Skills for Customer Relationships. This means that we concentrate on the key areas required to help you develop a profitable and long lasting customer relationship.
