This course will help participants build on the techniques, processes and concepts outlined in the TSO/OGC (ITIL) publication Applications Management and other related best practices. It will help them identify, define, build, deploy, maintain, promote and enhance benefit generating Applications and Services.

Audience

Application Managers, Senior Applications Developers, Business and Systems Analysts / Designers, IS Project Managers, Service Management Support and Delivery staff.

Other essential staff who are involved in the Relationship, Programme, Project, ICT Infrastructure and Consultancy roles required for a Service Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) enabled organisation.

Prerequisites

Corrective maintenance, SLA, Operational excellence, benefits assessment, reporting and realisation.

Optimise Phase

Application reviews, triggers and questions.
