Course Overview Chartered Management Institute's Level 2 Introductory Award Parity offers this certificated course from our Chartered Management Centre of Excellence. This programme is an Introductory Award based on the key roles of Self-development, Information & Communication, Organising Teamwork, Organising Resources, Effective Working Relationships, Team Development and Customer Service. These are taken from the internationally-recognised best-practice MCI Management Standards. You will be required to practise your newly acquired skills back in your organisation and then you will be assessed on your work. You will be enrolled as a Member of the Chartered Management Institute and you will benefit from the support of this Professional Membership-based organisation. Parity is an approved Centre of the Chartered Management Institute and will carry out assessment in-house. There is no exam required prior to the award of the Certificate. If you are successful, you will earn the Introductory Award in Team leading from the Chartered Management Institute.
