Course Overview

Managing change successfully is an essential management skill in today's fast-paced business world. Managers and supervisors are frequently responsible for implementing change, without having been involved in the original change decisions. Many also feel threatened by changes at work, and not all managers plan or implement change programmes with finesse.

Change needs to be managed in a planned, intelligent and sensitive way by managers. They must be able to explain convincingly what is needed and why, and have the skills to bring it about while recognising the fears and reactions it can generate. This course helps managers at all levels to manage change successfully so that they, their staff and their organisation can move their business forward with minimum fuss in a very competitive business world.
