Course Overview This is an entry level qualification suitable for anyone with an interest in Project Management. Participants may be starting out in a career in Project Management or simply wishing to benchmark their knowledge in a recognisable form. The programme uses APMs Introductory Certificate Study Guide and interactively develops each topic area with the delegates. All participants will receive a copy of APMs Introductory Certificate Study Guide. Audience The APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management is a basic or entry level qualification and is particularly suitable for: - Those who are new to project management who want to gain an understanding of the principles of project management as laid down in the Association for Project Management's Body of Knowledge.
- Project team members with no project management training who would like to understand standard project management terminology and who wish to obtain the APM Introductory Certificate.
A primary focus of this intensive course is to prepare you to successfully pass the examination. Skills Gained By the end of this course you will be able to: - Identify the project management processes.

Examinations Examination 1 hour 60 question multiple choice exam paper - results are usually available within 2 weeks of the exam. Prerequisites Pre-course Activity There is a significant amount of pre course work for this course which includes reading the APM Study Guide (provided).
