Course Overview To provide a sound foundation in the gathering, clarification and description of Business Requirements that drive Business and IT change. Audience Business analysts and systems analysts who are responsible for defining requirements. Others who work closely with the analysts in this activity such as business users and managers involved in the elicitation, analysis and validation. Technical staff who will be responsible for implementing and testing the requirements; they will need to understand and be involved in the requirements definition process, checking that the requirements satisfy their needs.
