Course Overview

The Microsoft Project Level 2 course is designed for a person who has an understanding of project management concepts, who is responsible for creating and modifying project plans, and who needs a tool to manage those project plans. It is also intended for a person who has a basic understanding of Microsoft Project or who has attended the Introduction course.

Audience

This course is suitable if you require working with many projects together and having responsibilities to oversee a number of inter-related projects.

After the course delegates will be able to:

• Work with baselines, resource pools and project consolidation
• Explore exporting to Excel pivot tables and Access
• Create simple macros

Ideally you have attended a Project Introduction Course or are very familiar with the creation of basic projects in another package.
