Course Overview This course presents Siebel Architecture, installation and administration fundamentals. Topics include Security and Access Control, Workflow Administration as well as EIM, Remote, and Assignment Manager. The 4th day of the course covers advanced topics including Introduction to EAI, load balancing, high availability and clustering. This course does not cover any aspect of Siebel Tools configuration. The course is aimed at System and User Administrators who require an introduction to Siebel fundamentals, and may have already been working with the product before attending the course.
