Course Overview Our one-day public and in-house First Presentation Skills workshop is for people who currently have little or no experience of public speaking but expect to take the plunge soon. Our trainers use a wide range of practical, enjoyable, tried and tested approaches to bring out the best in you. So you'll find your workshop highly interactive, supportive and fun. You will quickly build your confidence as you experiment and learn. You'll learn a number of simple practical techniques to help you relax when under pressure and to take control of your nervous energy before you present. You'll learn voice exercises to help build vocal confidence. And as your trainer is also a voice coach they will provide you with the personal coaching you need to succeed. Your trainer will have a strong background in drama. So they are expert in helping you to use body language to develop a stronger more confident presence. You'll be surprised at how much you can progress during our one day of intensive training. Audience Anyone who is worried by presentations, due to nerves, skill issues or a lack of self confidence, irrespective of whether they are complete beginners or have presented before.
