Course Overview

70% of change projects fail to achieve the results hoped for. This is partly because of the practical challenges, but more often than not, the cultural and psychological barriers are not considered properly. This two-day course aims to help managers lead change by ensuring the goals and objectives are clear and the change project has a detailed and workable plan.

This course has been classified as Business Skills.

This workshop is for managers either directly responsible for a major change programme or who is project managing the exercise. The programme could be department or organisation wide - the principles will be equally useful in either case
