Course Overview

Situational Leadership(R) is one of the most widely used leadership models in the world and is the chosen tool of many organisations engaged in building a high performance culture that actually delivers high performance. It is a very well researched and practical model that gives a framework to consistently analyse performance and to determine appropriate leadership behaviours. This two day programme is an in depth exploration of the Situational Leadership(R) model and its application.
