Course Overview

Return on investment (ROI) is a crucial measure for service functions within any organisation. To secure and retain necessary funding, L&D practitioners must be able to demonstrate returns on the investment provided. ROI is not just about the investment of money, but also the time, equipment and other valuable resources required to enable learning and development processes to take place.

L&D practitioners must therefore be able to demonstrate the tangible and intangible return on the investment for all the resources involved in learning and development activity. And an essential competence for practitioners is the ability to present this information in a format which is acceptable to key stakeholders.

This course will provide the skills and knowledge required to measure the return on investment of L&D initiatives and to present this information to senior managers and key stakeholders in a language and format that they will understand and respond.
