This workshop examines the problems for leaders of managing people in changing times. It provides participants with the necessary background knowledge and skills needed to help their employees buy in and deal with organisational change.

• Increase awareness & understanding of human psychological reactions to change and the potential problems these can have.
• Have a deeper understanding of various change models and to develop a change model that will support their team with current changes within their organisation.
• To be able to influence and persuade individuals with coaching skills to embrace the change.
