Course Overview Most business decisions require sound financial justification, often presented through a written business case. This one day event considers the techniques and processes needed for the building of an effective business case. It provides the skills and the ability to interpret this fundamental data which is a key requirement for today's manager. Aimed at those who already have some experience of line or project management, this course provides the understanding required for the successful development, appraisal and use of business cases. This course carries the award of 7.5 Professional Development Units (PDU's) for PMI re-certification. This course contains a mixture of lectures, workshops and practical case study exercises. - identify and quantify, costs and benefits
- produce a Cost Benefit Analysis
- determine the Payback Period, Return on Capital, Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return for a business case
- perform a financial risk and sensitivity analysis
