Course Overview

Successful businesses are built on good internal and external relationships. Yet even in the best-run organisations conflict is inevitable. People come to work with diverse beliefs, histories, needs and aspirations, and these don't always fit neatly into the corporate context. This course focuses on the skills required to build good relationships, to minimise the risk of conflict and to deal with it in a constructive manner.

This course is for people who wish to enhance their performance at work through their relationships with others and by dealing effectively with conflict.
