Course Overview

The CSE course provides Cisco Channel Partner Account Managers and Sales professionals with an introduction to the business needs, value and impact that drive a network; and a foundation of training on network infrastructure, Cisco technologies and solutions and how these affect a business.!

The course is recommended learning for account managers and sales professionals who would like to achieve the Cisco Sales Expert qualification. The Cisco Sales expert qualification rewards account managers and sales professionals who have demonstrated their knowledge of Cisco technologies and solutions by successfully completing the Sales Expert examination. This is then valid for 2 years.

Audience

The target audience for the course includes Account Managers (both internal to Cisco and those employed by a partner) who don't have any previous experience selling Cisco products and solutions. Additionally, Account managers who are seeking to refresh their knowledge of such solutions in order to prepare for the Cisco Sales Expert certification test.

Prerequisites

Comstor's one day "Beginners Guide to Networking" course, Cisco's E-Learning Networking 101 or equivalent knowledge of the Networking industry gained via a recent sales role
