Course Overview Netcool/Proviso is performance management software that provides fast network reporting suitable for trend analysis, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and SLA objectives. These highly customizable web-based reports are appropraite for audiences including network operations staff, business decision makers, and customers of service providers. The highly flexible and scaleable architecture allows for full integration into a service provider or enterprise scale OSS infrastructure. This training class is provided in a classroom environment with multiple opportunities for hands-on lab practice. Audience This course is designed for customers administering and maintaining an installation of Netcool/Proviso.
