Course Overview

Being able to communicate and articulate the organisations business mission and values and to motivate & lead a team to success are 2 critical competencies that differentiate the high performing manager from their low performing peers.

This programme has been specifically designed to meet the demands of current and future leaders of people. During the next 5 days, delegates will be given the opportunity to examine in detail their personal style of management through a variety of self evaluation models, tools and processes. We will explore the factors which go to make a truly high performing team and we will uncover the building blocks to success.

There is no such thing as the perfect individual, but it is widely acknowledged that the perfect team can be created through the bringing together of a balanced group of individuals who have clear direction and a common aim for excellence. Inspirational leadership, competence in managing conflict in the workplace and a clear appreciation of the skills required for positive influence on others will be practiced on this programme.
