Course Overview The course aim is to provide practical guidance to new managers on many aspects of their new role. This will enable finance staff in particular, (and others generally) to become more effective by developing appropriate communication, delegation and other skills relevant to their role as supervisors and managers. They will become able to plan and recognise management issues as they arise, and better able to deal with typical management related challenges.
