Course Overview

The Siebel 8.0 release includes many enhanced features and functionality designed to improve the installation, management, configuration, and use of a Siebel CRM implementation. Among these features are a new Siebel Update Server to manage updates, an enhanced Application Deployment Manager to deployment of customizations, and enhancements to Siebel Application Response Measurement. Siebel 8.0 includes new capability to incorporate business logic and automation using Siebel Task UI and Siebel Business Rules. In addition, Siebel Tools includes significant enhancements to the Tools User Interface and to the workflow and task drag-and-drop editors.

The Siebel 8.0 New Features course is designed to cover in considerable detail many of these new features.
