Course Overview This course introduces participants to the System Administration applications in IBM Maximo 6. System administrators use these applications to do the following tasks: - Administer and configure other Maximo 6 applications
- Set values (MAXVARS)
- Specify security settings
- Configure the database System Administration for Maximo 6 shows you how to:
- Set up, control, and maintain the Maximo 6 environment
- Modify your environment as changes occur at your facility
Audience This course is intended for anyone involved in system administration including implementation, security, application configuration, and application maintenance. This course does not cover application tailoring or screen customization. Skills Gained After completing this course, students should be able to: - Access the administration and configuration modules
