Course Overview

Performance Manager enables you to create scorecards that, by aligning with Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), track performance across the enterprise. When deployed on corporate dashboards, you can personalize the displayed goals so users only see goals and data appropriate for their role. Building on existing Dashboard Manager knowledge, this course provides demonstrations and hands-on activities that take you from building goals to automating goal-based alerts through rules.

Delegates will be move beyond tracking historical performance to map out strategies for future performance, and align goals that can then be monitored against actual data. This course is suitable for delegates who use BusinessObjects XI or XI Release 2.

This course is designed for performance management designers who are comfortable working in Dashboard Manager and need to create goal-based analytics, strategies, and alerts to display in corporate dashboards for business users.
