Course Overview Network Account Management v10.4 is a three-day course that focuses on planning, deploying, and managing user and computer accounts. Students will learn to architect, implement and maintain a centralized user, workgroup, and computer list account management system based on Mac OS X Server v10.4 for both Macintosh and Windows clients. A combination of lecture, discussions and hands-on exercises provides practical real-world experience. Successful completion of the Network Account Management exam (9L0-615) earns 3 credits towards the Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA) certification. A total of 7 credits is required for the ACSA certification. Audience This class is designed for system administrators and other technical professionals in an organization or education institution who are tasked with implementing and maintaining centralized account management systems based on Mac OS X Server v10.4 for both Macintosh and Windows clients. Prerequisites Students should have the following prerequisite knowledge prior to attending this course: - Completion of Mac OS X Server Essentials v10.4 or equivalent knowledge

Apple Remote Desktop and Audting Understanding how to configure Mac OS X to authenticate using a Kerberos server.
