Course Overview The course is evenly divided between the theory of DSDM Atern and the practical application of its techniques. An integrated case study is used to give delegates an opportunity to explore and experience these techniques. Delegates will receive the DSDM Atern Pocketbook and they can elect to take the DSDM Atern Foundation exam (accredited by APMG) at the end of the third day should they wish to do so. Audience The course is aimed at anyone who will be involved in a DSDM Atern project. Typical roles would include Project Manager/Team Leader, Business Analyst, Solution Developer and Solution Tester/Quality Reviewer. It would also benefit any business stakeholders who would be part of a DSDM Atern Development Team. Skills Gained - To give delegates a practical understanding of DSDM Atern, that should enable them to become immediately productive in an agile project environment.

Examinations This course prepares delegates for the DSDM Atern Foundation exam which may be sat at the end of the course. If this option is required ,please request this separately. This course also prepares delegates who wish to apply to the DSDM Consortium to be accredited as a DSDM Practitioner.
