Examinations

The Foundation Bridging Certificate in IT Service Management.
For delegates who hold an earlier version of the ITIL Foundation Certificate, this is a pre-requisite for the higher level ITIL v3 qualifications (Capability and Lifecycle) leading to the ITIL Diploma.
The examination is a 30-minute multiple choice paper (20 questions), normally taken at the end of the course.

Course Outline

To educate delegates in changes brought about by the new ITIL v3 refresh documenting industry best practices. The course covers the new Service Lifecycle approach to implementing new and changed services, and outlines all changes to existing processes as well as covering the new additional processes.
