Examinations - The Foundation Bridging Certificate in IT Service Management.
- For delegates who hold an earlier version of the ITIL Foundation Certificate, this is a pre-requisite for the higher level ITIL v3 qualifications (Capability and Lifecycle) leading to the ITIL Diploma.
- The examination is a 30-minute multiple choice paper (20 questions), normally taken at the end of the course.
